“PERSONAL INFORMATION” includes any information that enables us to identify you, directly or indirectly, by reference to any identifiers such as name, identification number, location data, online identifier, occupation, income and other background and/or credit related information among other information or one or more factors specific to you myfractalrange.com is the “CONTROLLER” and is responsible for deciding how personal information is used.

By using or accessing this website, or by providing personal information to us on or through the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the policies and procedures described in this privacy policy.

Marketing Communications

When you sign up for a paid plan or trial, we tell you that we may send you occasional marketing emails and you can object right there with a checkbox, or at any later time. When you register for a free account, marketing emails are optional: we only send them if you tick the consent box, which is not pre-selected. Apart from the emails to customers described in the next paragraph, we will only send you marketing emails if you have explicitly consented to receive them.

Marketing emails. If you are or were a MyFractalRange customer, we may send you occasional emails about our own products, features and offers that are similar to what you subscribed to. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or your consent where required. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email, or by writing to [email protected]. We keep former customers' contact details for this purpose for up to 2 years after their subscription ends, then delete them.

You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from our marketing communications at any time by:

• Switching off the marketing email option under Settings → User Information
• Using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email
• Writing to us at [email protected]

Please note that even if you opt-out of marketing communications, we may still send you important administrative messages related to your account or transactions, which are necessary for the provision of our services.

Third-Party Services and Side-Loaded Scripts

To provide certain features, our website loads scripts and resources from third-party services. Each service may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and interaction data necessary for the service to function. We distinguish two categories.

Necessary — always loaded, because the platform does not work without them:

• Stripe — for secure payment processing (loaded from stripe.com).
• MyFractalRange AI Assistant Widget — an in-page chat widget loaded from https://mfr-rag.rubedo.dev/widget.js. When you open and use the assistant, the messages you submit and basic session metadata are transmitted to the assistant backend at mfr-rag.rubedo.dev in order to generate a response. Do not enter personally identifying information, credentials, or other sensitive data into the assistant. Conversations may be stored for service quality and improvement purposes.

Statistics — loaded only after you choose "Accept all" in our cookie banner:

• Google Analytics 4 — provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use it to understand which pages and which campaigns (for example links we share on social networks) bring visitors, registrations and purchases. Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*, which store a random identifier for up to 2 years. IP addresses are not logged or stored by Google Analytics 4. We send no e-mail address, username or account id to Google; for a purchase we send only the order reference, amount, currency and product name. Data may be processed by Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). Without your consent the Google Analytics script is not loaded at all.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics (Beacon) — for aggregated, privacy-friendly performance and usage metrics.

Videos (YouTube) — video content is provided by YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). The tutorial videos in your dashboard are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode via youtube-nocookie.com, and nothing is loaded from YouTube until you click a video. Blog articles may contain embedded YouTube videos, which are loaded when you open the article. When a video is loaded, YouTube receives technical data such as your IP address and browser information in order to play it.

Choosing "Only necessary" keeps every feature of the platform available. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, via "Cookie settings" in the footer of our pages or the button below. Withdrawing stops Google Analytics immediately and deletes its _ga cookies.
